Suspension & performance parts advice

Seeking your advice on suspension and performance options for my new 2014 LCI 535i M Sport lease. Just got the car a week ago and realized that I missed out on having the M Suspension come standard as part of the M Sport Package. Other threads are saying it used to come standard and will come back as standard, but it didn't make it on my car, which kind of sucks. Oh well, I'll suck it up. Now I'm curious to see what some decent options are from you guys. I used to drive an E92 M3 ZCP, so my new ride is on the soft side. Can you help?

The lease is for 36 months, and my budget is around $3,000.

Throw in an M5 front sway bar as well!

Just got my H&R springs today and so far day and night from stock (with the M suspension) no "comfort" is good and sporty and sport and sport+ is awesome. They are less than $300 everywhere I looked and install is about $300-$400. Either the coil over or springs are going to cost a bit more due to the back instal taking a bit more work than typical (roughly 3 to 4 hours of labor).

My recommendation is if you want a slight sporty drop go springs, if you want a real race adjustable suspension go coil overs.
