I was thinking this too, but it looks like the next M5 will be xDrive only. So much for other Alpinas in the US...

We need to start a petition/letter writing campaign to bring more Alpina models to US.

Do they not sell Alpina xDrive in the UK?

I think they do some (not the D3 xdrive in UK afaik) just wondering why not in the states?

There seems to be a steady tide of folk who want this in the states, and a way of supplying it without affecting M5 sales

So glad I read this.
As great as that car and specs are, I personally couldn't live with those wheels, and this from a guy who rides on stock 18".

Not sure who you talking about riding on 18'' stock. Just in case if that was aimed at me yes I am riding on 19'' stock not everybody can ride rich like you.
Just the way I like it down and low on bottom of the barrel.

Just to clarify, I'm the one riding on stock 18" and wouldn't trade them straight for these, that's how much I dislike Alpina wheels - yes I know this is very subjective. That's more less what I was trying to say, check all my other posts, it's really not my style to pick on others because of what they buy/drive/ride on.

As for riding rich like me, ouch, a tiny bit uncalled for, but let's say it was honest misunderstanding with a bit of overreaction, it happens.
