Spacers? Newbie needs help please

I did a quick search on spacers, but came up with too many results, does anyone have an BMW F10 535i M Sport with stock 19" OEM BMW Style 351 wheels, looking to see what spacers I could get. I don't know if I need them in the front, but maybe the rear? Do they make the car look wider on the road? Looking for best fit/recommendations, thanks guys!

I have a 535i with MSport and the stock 351 rims (painted black) with 10mm front 15mm rear spacer. Got them via BurgerTuning.

10mm front and 15mm rear. I recommend BMS Spacers.

I have a set of H&R 12MM spacers that I used for a week with my 19" 351M staggered wheels. I just ran them in the back and the car looked great and was just what it needed with those wheels. Looked completely factory and bad ass. I came across a set of 343M factory M5 rims and jumped on them. The car doesn't need them up front but really work with the staggered set up.

I have the same car and wheels as you. I am lowered on h&r sport springs and am running 12MM in the front and 18MM in the back (BMS spacers). Looks nice and aggressive. I have not had any issues with them.
