So, I got a screw stuck in my tire. I'm currently on Pirelli run flats...Can I just get the one tire fixed? Can I replace 1 tire or do I need all 4? If I need all 4 should I just go with conventional tires? And which? I'm headed to the tire shop as soon as it opens.

I'm reading through the forums and about a solid 90% say to kick the run flats...My guess is to go with PSS? That seems to be the common consensus....Thanks in advanced

Depends on your tire wear, but if you don't have xDrive, then you can probably get away with one tire.
