I've got a really nice DP for sale but I cannot PM you because you have exceeded your message limit. Clear some space up and I'll get you the details. Thanks.

What did you find out re available downpipes? Is there anything you would recommend? I am starting the search also and would appreciate any advice/direction you can provide. Thanks

so will a tune be necessary for the downpipe? If so, which is recommended?

Tune is not required but recommend and the JB4 Stage 2 tune will get rid of the CEL.

well, without the tune, the car would go into "limp" mode. so, wouldn't the car needs a tune? lol

Incorrect - the CEL does NOT impact performance. The CEL just signals the cat's, if they were there, are not working, but without a proper tune, A/F ratios may be off which WOULD impact performance. Also - no point in running a downpipe without a tune (for extended periods of time anyways), as there is a lot of power left on the table without tuning.

Good news - so far, the DR Euro and AR design offer downpipes for this platform. I already have a downpipe but for fun, can you PM me the price for the AR F10 535 downpipe? FYI, it also fits on the E7X series (x5, x6) platform in case you want to put this up on xbimmers as well.

For sure, PM incoming.

That's definitely something we'd consider advertising on XBimmers, Nice find!
