M sport replica bumper

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
Hi Guys

As promised, here are the pictures of my replica M sport bumper conversion. Fitment is good. Surface is good. Scale of 100, I will give it a 98%. Also added the CF Hamann style lip. Now my mods are complete.

Looks great but you need to remove the plate behind the side mesh cause it's blocking your oil cooler.

From the looks of it the mesh doesn't look open

Were the savings with the replica vs OEM worth it?

Is the Humann lip and sides replicas too? Did you buy the fog lights separately? How did you contvert non-M-sport 35W fog lights to M-sport 55W?

Yep, the whole Hamann kit (front lip, rear diffusor, side skirts) is replica.

The M bumper is a whole kit, but for some reason my body shop told me that I needed 2 different headlamp washer brackets (which they ordered from BMW for $20). Fog lights are also included. I don't know any problem yet since I haven't actually driven it. My girlfriend actually took the car in to the shop and had everything done.

You said that you also have hamann rear diffuser. So, do you have quad exhaust?
If yes, which exhaust system.

ditto on this, thats what happened to me and I had Lacster remove it for me, takes 1 minute to do. Just tug on the grill pulling towards you and it will come off, its that easy.

Got the wheels a long time ago. I put the OEM wheels back on because of the snow in Chicago. I will put aftermarket wheels back on in a couple of weeks.

The mesh part is not connected to the fog light. Just stick your fingers through the mesh and pull forward.

Question on the replicas:

Is it 100% the same shape and look as the OEM? Or are their slight shape differences...? I mean for the front and back bumper.
