Very concerning noise from engine

2012 528i, N20 engine. 128k miles, no lights on dash. I just replaced the spark plugs and coils does to a misfire code. It's still making this sound. It sat for 2 weeks before I could replace then. No codes are being thrown now and the timing chain doesn't budge. Is this drivable or should I get it into a shop or something I can do to fix this?

i may sound not optimistic, but it sounds like rod bearing
