Why doesnt BMW and more so the replica manufactures do a silver/grey barrel interior paint on the inside of the m5 wheels VS the gunmetal? To me on dark cars like grey and black the silver barrel would look way better than gunmetal. The m6 replica wheels you could purchase either silver or gunmetal. Granted the gunmetal is a lighter shade on the m5 wheels but still silver/grey would look much cleaner.

They did have the silver finish. I am unsure if they still do as most are off the market now but I know they used to.

You can find them on ebay... various sizes and colors.
