Does anybody else have this problem

I have that noise when I\'m turning my steering wheel left right. It happens while driving and while standing as well no meter if car turned on or off.
My steering wheel also shakes when I\'m driving between 60-80 miles. Changed to winter set same problem double checked balancing and still shaking.

Is this problem with your X6 as noted in your signature area or is this for a 5 series. If an X6 this is not the correct forum. Post on the X6 forum.

I just changed my tires to a winter set, and I got the chance to see how the Wheel Balancing Weights are added after removing the one that comes with car originally, they have to be removed to get the tires changed. The very purpose is to avoid vibrations at speeds you describing.
Check this link for details, I assume maybe when changing your tires they left out and never replaced the balancing weights.
