Now, if this is correct, what do we do with the cable/pin that is located in the DB25 position 1?

just do 2 day shipping to terry via USPS $6 and he will send it back same way.... unless you like the challenge.

The Good news!

I finally had a chance to install the Stage 2 BMS tune. If you take your time and double check all connections if you're a little bit technically inclined its pretty simple.

Took a quick 5 minute test drive. No comparison to stage 1 even with bumping up the boost on stage 1. I'll run it as is for now and then experiment with bumping up the boost or checking any available maps. BTW, what maps are available on stage 2? I haven't checked yet. Also, any recommendations for bumping up the boost on
93 octane
93 Octane plus NOS octane boost
93 octone plus race gas

Now the bad news,
the wiring harness that goes to the TMAP sensors is way too short so there is no way to place the BMS box on the passenger side under that plastic cover as noted in the video. I used to have it on the drivers side and it reached with no issue. Since we are now tapping into the ECU i see why it needs to go on the passenger side, but the wires are no where near long enough to route it there. I need to secure it somehow and I worry about water. Can I get a longer harness?

Thanks,

I fixed it thanks to Terry. I didn't realize that the TMAP sensors needed to be swapped for Stage 2. I had installed stage 1 and routed the BMS box to the Drivers side. Swapping the TMAP sensors so the rainbow wired one is now on the passenger side corrected the issue with routing the BMS box on the passenger side.

BadBlack, how is your stage 2 running. Have you changed maps or raised boost. Results?

I can't wait to swap out my winter tires and hit the track again. Stage 2 the way it is, is a big difference over stage 1, I can only imagine what tweaking the settings will do.

The TMAPs don't need to be swapped but its highly suggested! If you don't swap you have nearly no slack. I had my running for 2 weeks not swapped and once swapped I had so much more soon.

BBlack and my stage 2 both running great. We have changed boost settings with some benefits on better gas (100/105 octane).

Stage 2 is amazing. Running on race gas is better but even on 93 its incredibly better than stage 1.

sub 20lb wheels with drag slicks
pure race gas
some weight reduction
intake scoops

seems doable....

For sure...wheels alone should help cut a 1.6 60ft. With that running 11.9s, then 11.7s are possible easily.

Sergey will do it. He has nothing else better to do.
