FS: Brand New M-tech Steering wheel with paddles
It's a brand new and complete M steering wheel. Never used. It's a non-heated wheel but includes the vibrator. It fits the F10, F07, F01 and probably some other new BMWs. If you car has no paddles I can help you retrofit paddles with this new steering wheel. Buyer pays PayPal fee. Last edited by Patrys@BimmerTech; 03-12-2013 at 05:33 PM.. |

Yes, you can move the vibrator and swap the steering wheel modules. You can also change the steering wheel buttons (both sides only I think).

My 2012 535i has the sport and performance package (includes sport steering wheel). It's an automatic transmission with the 8 speed steptronic manual option. Essentially works the same way as the shift paddles on the steering wheel but you move the shift lever forward to down shift and pull back to shift to higher gears. As a result, can I simply swap my stock steering wheel with this one listed and be able to use the shift paddles? Or is this a programmming issue that once the steering wheel is swapped out the dealership is able to activate it via software programming? If so, I am seriously interested in purchasing this steering wheel. Thanks.

It's the M sport wheel with paddles. It's pretty much the same as the M5 wheel except the stitching color.
