Alloygator rim protectors

Just stumbled across these: http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accesso.../alloygator-v2
Has anyone tried them and, if so, what do you think?
I've sent the company an enquiry to see if they're compatible with RFTs (http://www.alloygator.com/).
At £60 for 5 plastic rings, it's not exactly cheap, but well worth it if they work.

Edit - earlier thread here: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...rim+protectors
