F10 LCI Xenon headlight question!

Hi all

LCI xenon headlights, they're great...but the halogen front turn signals are something I would like to swap.

Anyone have any info or places to buy an LED replacement? How easy/hard is it to actually swap it, if possible?

To be honest I have no idea, you should have gone for the Adaptive LED Headlightsâ€¦

Car was dealer stock.

I can live with the halogen but would prefer the LED.

Anyone else have any input???

You will need some sort of adaptor because the LED will give you an error on your dash.

I would just leave it alone. You're going to spend a good deal of money for what? A different turn signal bulb type? This will cost you $$ and have zero value or impact on your enjoyment of the car in the long run.

The LED lights are nice (have them on my car) - but if my car didn't come with it, I'd just leave it alone. BMW's standard headlight setup with Xenon's and halogen signals are time-tested and wonderful. Enjoy it!

You can get them, just do a quick web search. They come with modules that prevent idrive error codes. I had a set to convert the halogen angel eyes on my previous X5 to led and had no problems. A UK site is selling them in various colours with 15 leds for £16 so I'm sure that you will find a US seller
