Holiday bonuses and need tips!

So what credits are going on from now till New Years? $3500 holiday bonus is all I see on BMW USA. Is the drive event for $2000 still going on?

Looking to lease a 535i 2015. MSRP is 72k. What's the invoice on that? And how close can I get to invoice?

Also, when we agree on selling price (let's use 68k for example) do they add the bonuses to the 68k? So the 3500$ holiday credit, it'll be 64,500$? Or..?

What's the residual on the 2015 535i Xdrives? 61% or 62%?

What false dealer fees should I look out for?

Thanks guys I'm in the metro Detroit area btw.

The holiday bonus is $2000 for the 5 series, invoice is about 8% off, Drive event is $1000. You can negotiate the price with or without the incentives, just make it clear from to the dealer.

Cool thanks for the info. So how should I go about negotiating? Just tell them straight up do invoice plus $1000 or what? And can I get below invoice as well? Or is that too much to ask for?

Usually when there are incentives, its hard to get below invoice. I would shoot for invoice pricing and maybe settle for $500 above invoice or so. Tell them straight up you want invoice and incentives and go from there. Shop as many dealer as you can and compare prices. Depending on your region, there might be an added MACO and training fee of around $550 or so.

They'll likely start by applying the discounts and negotiate from there... at least that's what I've always experienced with my dealers. Shooting for $500 above invoice should be very doable.
