After getting a F10 a little less than a year ago, my mom wants one. Looked at one that is almost fully loaded it has:

Sticker is 72k. She wants to lease for 36mo. No trade in no money down and All taxes and fees paid up front. 10k miles a year

How much can I get off MSRP? What is residual after 10k? Any good discounts since G30 is due in 2 years? Thanks. I'm in the metro Detroit area

What is invoice for this car and how can I get it for invoice+ a grand or whatever? And what is residual after 36mo 10k miles/year?
