A friend showed me this pic the other nite. Im thinking about giving it a shot.

Too busy for me as well. I hate when the kidney grilles are "overdesigned" by way of "too much" modding. They're meant to be concise and understated, and compliment the design around them. This ain't Mercedes with their gaudy and desperately braggart Star grilles.

Wow, i thought it looked kinda clean. If the entire slat was white then too busy but just the front edge i thought looked good. Oh well.

Yeah i might still try it. Its only $7 for a roll of vinyl pinstripe and if it looks bad i can peel it right off.

away from this topic, I wanted to know what %tint you have on your 5 OP? I am also from NYC area.. I just got myself a 5 with alpine white/cinnamon brown. I need to first get tints now.
