2011 550i Crank no start...

My car is cranking but not starting. I had the ecu tested, and it's fine. They said it might be the IVN, but I don't think my car has one. Inside the box on top of the blower motor where an IVN would be on a six-cylinder there are just some fuses, connections, and a relay. There is a 30 amp fuse in there that is blowing, and according to my research, it protects "engine electronics". I wonder if the relay in there, which is the load-shedding relay (i think) may be the culprit. Any other ideas on what might be blowing that fuse? I will replace the relay to see if that is a quick fix.

I bench tested the relay, and it seems fine. Any other ideas? Could it be the power distributor on top of the battery in the trunk? See pic...
