Unhappy Electrical Gremlins?

Hello BMW Forum Gods! I stand before you today with a request for assistance from the high council.

I've had this 2012 535i for about five months now and am dealing with a no-longer intermittent electrical gremlin. The first occurrence was probably about a month ago; I get in after being at work all day and get "transmission error" and "DCS Error." Turned it off and back on and no errors. Deleted all codes, drove home, checked codes... no codes. Drove just fine.

Fast forward to a few days ago; I get in first thing in the morning and the same "transmission error" is showing on the dash. Didn't want to start...didn't even try. Turned if off, let it sit for a minute, ignition on... no problems, started right up, no error message ("All Systems OK" on iDrive).

Long story long, all things are fine after the first start-up of the day... no errors are showing until I walk away from it for 8+ hours... I made several trips yesterday, of various lengths, without any issues (kept checking codes and nothing showed up). Again, this morning, after she has been sitting overnight... "Transmission Error" on the dash.

These codes are all showing as "not present but stored" EXCEPT for codes BOLD/RED. Also, those that are showing mileage at error are all showing the current mileage minus 1 mile. I'm at xxx167, they all show error occurred at xxx166.

Lots of "missing messages." Any guidance would be helpful and appreciated!

Here are the codes I just pulled...

Garage List
Could be a long shot, but it could be as simple as the battery. A failing battery seems to cause all kinds of headaches that don’t seem to make sense. I personally would start there with a new battery and have it properly registered to the car.

It is super weird but I'm having the exact same issue with my 2012 740Li (guess we have the same gearbox etc)

Entirely random transmission malfunction errors pop up and EXACTLY at that same mileage, I gett Chassis Management, Footwell Module, D0157A, D3557A, D76E10, CAAC0A, 401012

I've been looking to have my transmission mechatronic fixed (speed sensor) as my codes are always related to speed sensor issues 400625 but now I just don't know anymore.

Changed battery and registered it but still same crap every week or so.
