Some spec is here and taken from the website;

Automatic air conditioning with 4-zone control, BMW Professional navigation system, Electric glass sunroof, BMW Online services, Headlight wash, M Multi-function front seats, Split-folding rear seats, M rear spoiler, 20 inch M Double-spoke style 601M alloy whee, Active Pedestrian Safety, Adaptive LED headlights, Ambient lighting, Anthracite alcantara headlining, Auto dimming rear view mirror, B&O Advanced audio system, Bluetooth handsfree system, BMW Emergency call, BMW TeleServices, Comfort Access, Comfort seats, Competition package, Concierge Service, ConnectedDrive services, DAB digital radio, Damper control, Driver and front passenger lumbar support, Driving assistant, Enhanced Bluetooth telephone with USB and voice control, Exterior Mirrors - folding with anti-daz, Front and rear park distance control (PDC), Head up display, Heated front seats, High beam assistant, High-gloss Shadowline exterior trim, Online Entertainment, Powered bootlid operation., Real time traffic information, Remote Services, Reversing assist camera, sDrive, Seven-speed double clutch transmission, Smokers package, Speed limit display, Sun protection glass, Through loading ski bag, Variable damper control (VDC), Xenon headlights, Extended Merino Leather interior

My question is, is this a good deal?

NOPE you could drop that too £58K or less.
Looks like an STD comp pack car to me with comfort access and B&O noise.

Its not a bad price but I would think there is still room to move if you were a serious buyer.

Watch the APR though as its technically a pre-reg so that will effect the %. If taking finance you could get better on the high street. Its a negotiation point

What colour is it?

I think it would be a great deal at £60,000 with that spec.

Having just taken the time to go through the info above it looks like the price including all the options comes in at just over £91,000 and that's not including the on the road costs so around £92,000 so the saving seems to be more like £30,000 or just under

Agreed but it is "pre-reg" and F10 which is discontinued, you must keep this in mind, I shill think you can push for more IF
you agree to deal on the day
.
PS( who's the dealer?.

I have had a look round and TBH if you get @ 60K you have a good car IF your going to keep it a few years.

Agree as its pre-reg the dealer will be writing down the value of the car every month so they will want to shift it ASAP

If you are keen then I would go in really hard

Lloyd BMW in Newcastle Upon Tyne - its the Silverstone interior that is putting me off going for that car so asking if they can do anything else but they are saying there are only 11 left and BMW are not offering such a big discount anymore!!

Sorry did not mean any offence, just it's not my first choice of interior colour but after spending some time at the dealership it may be growing on me lol

Yes did that today and out of the 11 there were 2 Singapore Grey with black leather, 4 Monte Carlo Blue with black leather and then the rest had Silverstone interior.

They priced one of the grey ones and OTR cost came to £87,000 or there about and would be £66,500 after discount so the car was short £5,000 in extras and was £3,500 more to buy than the one they had in the showroom. Upon pushing them they came down to £66,000 but that was all.

Apparently they bought 7 M5's and got a bonus from BMW and are passing this on the the customer - I know they had several of them as I have seen 4 over the last month in the showroom at different times all with a massive discount so some of what they say must be true ish.

Made them an offer to change my car for this one and they are thinking about it but I really don't think they will go for it as it was a bit of a slap in the face but hey-ho you get nothing unless you ask

Great cars.
Make sure you know what costs you are getting involved with though in terms of servicing, brakes, oil etc. mega bucks to have pads and disks done. BMW servicing is pricey enough as it is; M series takes that up an order of magnitude nearly! You'd have to have the BMW service stamps in the book.
Some quite good used M5's about for very reasonable money, not much more than my 535D MSport.

Well deal has been done and just waiting for the reg doc for my car to be sent from DVLA prior to swapping over (I had a private plate on and they say they need to V5 prior to letting me take the M5 away ) but it should be either just prior or just after Christmas
