20" Wheel fitment & tires Question

Okay gents my new wheels [Giovanna/Koko Kuture Graphite Wheels] have arrived and am looking to mount my tires next week. Am looking to install a brand new set of Michelin PSS 245/35 ZR20 x 285/30 ZR30 ordered and just got into my tire dealer. My wheels have the following diameter/offsets:

Front: 20.8.5 Hub 72.56mm Offset +35mm 5x120 Bolt pattern
Rear: 20x10 Hub 72.56mm Offset +35mm 5x120 Bold pattern

Will be mounting these on my 2012 F10 550i on H&R sport springs. Am currently running 19" OEM M Spoke wheels with Michelin Pilot Sport A/S now for the cold/winter weather which will go into storage till next winter. Just wanted to get a feel from the experts out there on whether this tire choice was a good one and the offsets as well. Any rubbing of anyone with similar tire size? Offsets issues?
