I haven't had any reliability issues I think stage 2 is safe as long as you don't go below 93 octane and once in awhile use octane booster.

So the tune doesn't throw out any codes? And you haven't had to replace any parts due to tune?

This is my concern kinda too. The e90/92 Houston FB group I'm part of seems to have issues w/ codes all the time with their BMS'. Weird. Hopefully by Nov. '15 someone will have a flash since I'll be out of warranty!

Same my cars warranty just ended and now I am trying to figure out what to do find a good flash tune for my 550i, or get an m5 or 991 s in the next 6-7 months. I love my 550 but don't need that big of a car I almost never use the back seat and rarely drive around more than one person at a time.

I'm with you there. It's just me and my car and while I love it I'm seriously considering something from the 997 era after my wty runs up.
