Crazy Russians

Not sure if others have seen this in the past (looks to be about a year old), but I thought I'd share since I came across it. You need to have some talent to do this, for sure...

Cool video.
Not to underestimate his skill, but driving like this on snow and ice is really not that difficult. From growing up in a Nordic country and have been playin garound with cars in the wintertime from the first day we got our drivers licence, I think almost all my friends and myself could handle a car like this almost in the blind.
And I bet almost everybody in here could do the same with a very small amount of training!
It's great fun, of course as long as you make sure you are not putting others in the road in any danger :-)

I'll take your word for it, but I won't be trying it anytime soon with my car.

Snow driving...while he clearly has some skills, I am quite capable of much if not all of it... At least I once was! Lol

Now for that M5... That guy has major skills...AND BIG BALLS... Small brain, but big balls. Impressive driving...yet also impressive example of poor decisions and no respect for fellow drivers or pedestrians.

As mentioned, this guy (Giorgi Tevzadze) died as a passenger in his own car...

I guess if you drive like this (or drive with OTHERS who drive like this), eventually it'll catch up with you. I certainly cringed each time I saw someone walking into the street as he was darting in and out of traffic.

What's truly impressive, however, is how long he was able to keep this up and never got pulled over by a cop. In nearly any US city, while you may get away with a short stint of messing around like this, you're bound to eventually pass a cop and get pulled over. That said, I know nothing about Russia (have never been there), and considering there are also videos of the Russian mafia doing burn-outs in the middle of the road while hanging out the windows holding automatic weapons, I tend to believe traffic violations may not be on the top of the to-do list for law enforcement??

To "learn" more about Russian driving, see Youtube and search for Russian car crashes/road rage or similar...
