As the title says, has anyone coded Sport+ on an F07 GT?

if so what did you change and what was the affects?

I did this on my F10 and seems it would be the same for an F07.

I have been reading that post...

Problem is because the F07 is based on the F01 (7 series) you might be surprised how different some of the coding is..

Particularly when the FA codeing guide says something like remove XXX and add YYY, often neither XXX or YYY are there..

Oh wow didn't know that, I though all F series would be some what similar across the board. I learned something new. Have you googled bmw coding? I learned how to code from that website and maybe you can find the info your looking for to get the sport+ option installed.
