F10 535i 2012 LEASE

Hi guys,

Here is what the dealer is offering me for a 535i lease: Black/Black with Premium Package and Tech Package (includes Rear View Camera and Navigation. $5k out of pocket and 12k miles per year. After discounting the car $5100, the monthly payment will be around $625 + tax.

Also the dealer said that the new 2013 535i will be delivered in Mid Sept, so should i wait till then and whats the difference between the models.

Please let me know if this is a good deal, this is just a quote and i havent negotiated yet. I am from southern california. Thank you so much !

If you are going sport, go 2012. Invoice in 2013 is also 9.2 percent now. Changed from 7 percent on 12s. Olympic credit only good till October 2012 too

Please let me know if this is a good deal

It was nice chatting with you earlier. Attached PDF is the 535 that we have at the Port. It just arrived yesterday, but we can speed up the process to get to us if we have a deal. It could be here in a few days or so.

I worked out the lease numbers and there really is no way that we can get to $650 per month on a 36 month/15k miles per year lease with just Drive Offs. Here is what I can do on this car that I attached the option list.

$63,745 = MSRP

$55,888 = Internet Selling Price not including Sales Tax & DMV Fees.

$1,350 = Cash Due at Signing (includes 1st Month Payment & 1st Year DMV Fees)
+ 750 = Owners Loyalty Rebate
---------
$2,100 = Total Drive Off

$736 = Monthly Payment not including Sales Tax

$799 = Monthly Payment including Los Angeles County Sales Tax (8.75%)

$34,442.30 = Residual or Lease End Buyout Price (54% of MSRP)

Money Factor = .00145

Above Lease is for 36 months with 15,000 miles average per year. On Approved Credit with a credit score of 700 or better. Must Qualify for BMW Owners Loyalty. Sales Tax based on Los Angeles County Sales Tax Rate of 8.75%. If you live in a City or County with a different Sales Tax Rate, the monthly will adjust accordingly.

What is the fair price that you guys would suggest..I have shopped four places and it comes down to around 700-730 plus tax

This car has M Sport, Premium Package, Technology, Premium Sound and Nav...

15 thousand miles for 36 months. Not 12k...

I am completely new to this so would love to have your knowledge. Thank you

Picked up my 535i on Monday, similar equipment plus a bit more, sticker of $66,500 and got $7,500 off of that. Probably could have done better, there's a big rebate in play. The mf is pretty good, but the 54% residual on 36m/15k messed up the deal a bit.

Ended up at $714 monthly, but larger drive off - I was Ok with that.
