Holy!

I am actually moving to a 650i Gran Coupe probably in September as well. I wonder how many mods (Brembo front GTR, 20" MS8, ACS springs) that I can move to the new GC.

78mao, you mentioned that you had to change the lip on your wheels to move to the f13? What's wrong with the old lips?

the suspension is slightly different, this is a whole different kit of coilovers compared to the f10, i sold my old set to another forum member. the rear set up is different

the offset on the f10 is too high for the 6, so i added half an inch to the front and rear to fit the f13 better which is what i mean by switching lips.

Thanks for the info. Probably will ditch the ACS springs, then. Regarding the wheels, I take it that you didn't change the center, so you retain the same offset as for the F10 but just wider wheel width overall? In other words, the wheels won't rub the F13 with the F10 fitment?

Mlai

yeap thats correct

f10 fitment will not rub at all

by adding half an inch front and rear, the rear is a lil too aggressive.

im currently running 9.5 and 11

The OEM F10 and F13 wheels have the same offset, so I'm not sure what's different.
It might be more room on the F13 to fit wider aftermarket wheels on the F13.

When you put on half an inch wider outer lips the offset of the wheel will be reduced by 6mm.

thats a clear explanation sorry for all the confusion.

you can go for a lower offset on the f13 theres slightly more room.

well, the reason it looks very much modded is because 78Mao got the M sport package.
I think this car (if comes with M sport), all it really needs is coilover, 21" wheels, and maybe rear diffuser
