Tire side wall Bubble

I noticed a small bubble on side of front left tire. The car has 15k miles on it. The tires are 19 inch low profile tires being a sport package.

I need your suggestions. I want to exchange the tire/tires. All RFT tires are expensive and have bad reviews. Regular tires are cheaper, but have better reviews, but they are not RFT.

What are your suggestions? How to proceed from here?

This is a very comen probleme with the Goodyear RFT they used on our cars.
Search and you will see.
I use regular tires, and bought a factory flat inflator kit and have it in my trunk.
Just like my E90 M3 had from the factory.
Fits perfect in the truck

Does the regular tires get some vibration in? Or the ride gets better with them?
