20x10 in front

Hey guys im looking to do a similar set up as this thread below however I'm considering doing
20x10 ET40 245/35/20
20x10.5 ET35 285/30/20

My car is a 535i xdrive

Will I have any rubbing issues?

Car will be lowered on h&r springs

I would also like to know, I will be picking up a F11 535d on the 2nd of Jan, looking at purchasing some wheels that will be 10J and 10.5J with deep concave front and rear and would like to know if it's doable and what tyres to use.
