10.5" Rear for a F11

First

Im checking around for some new wheels for 2015. And im gonna ride pretty low in the rear. Alot of ppl running 10" instead of 10.5" on the F11. Is it possible to go that low with 10.5" with around +35 offset?

Many wheels comes with a 9" front and 10.5" rear, thats why i ask =)

Heres is a pic of my wanted rideheight:

As far as I know, they should sit just like on the F10. But you can't go too wide (no 295) with the tires on ET35.

Would that give the stretched look?

I've seen F11 with 20x10.5 et35 (BBS CH-R) and 285/30/20 tires, but not drop or only dropped on springs.

Here's the one with BBS. I'd prefer 10.5" over 10"

That car looks great with the BBS =)

I wonder how that will fit with a 3.5-4mm drop? Maybe doable with 275 or 285 tire? =)

What do you think about a setup of Ferrada FR 3?

I think I've only seen 305 in M5's. But I think 285 is a god fitment on 10.5" wide wheels.

Yeah I'm running 285's currently but when I switch up to the 21's they said 295 is what they'll be using.

Finally ordered a set of Vossen CVT 20"
9" Front with 235/30 and 10.5 Rear with 285/25.
I had exactly the same tire size on my old E91: http://www.garaget.org/?car=311093

Cant wait for delivery!

Those tires are too small fo rhte f11, You should go with 245/35/20 and 285/30/20.

remmib is not talking about the tire widths but the tire height.

OEM size for F11, 245/35-20, 680mm in diameter
235/30-20 is about 645mm in diameter, ie 35mm shorter than OEM size.

Also the loadindex of the 235/30/20 is too small for the heavier F11.

Order a set of 245/30/20 instead. Keeping The rear tires. So now The tires will match The weight

You need to change the rear tires as well to match the diameter of the new front tires with correct F10/F11 size.
