Painted the calipers, thoughts?

I wouldn't. They would/could hold heat in the caliper.

Sorry for reviving an old thread, but what caliper paint did you use specifically? I used the only blue caliper paint by vht which was bright blue. I am trying to get a darker blue like yours but can't seem to have any luck finding it, at least by vht.

mines been on for a couple of years maybe 3 and still no fading, flaking or peeling!

My beautiful wife asked for pink brake calipers on her 2010 F10 530d of course I said no way am I doing that. Needless to say I did what I was told😂. Sorry about poor photo quality.
