Anyone running a Becker exhaust system? any feedback? sound good? drone? etc.

i looked into this exhaust as it was sold on Schmeidmann's site but never found any reviews or even any exhaust videos

So I can’t comment on this exhaust but I can comment on another and my 4,000 dollar struggle to find a exhaust system that did the car some justice.


I started with a VSRF cattless down pipe sound eh with the stock exhaust.

Then ordered a AFE down pipe back exhaust and eh and droned like hell and with the windows up it was barely noticeable

Then sold that exhaust system and took my car to a friend that did a lot of fab work on my GTR. We did 3.5” straight pipe from the down pipe back, two duel 3” pipes to duel vibrant stainless resanators.

Now the car sounds amazing maybe be a little loud for some people but it actually sounds like it has power.

Slight drone when not in sport or sport plus mode around 60/70 MPH but other then that cold start it sounds like a monster and the whole custom setup set me back 1300.

I have never dynoed the car so I can’t say if this makes anymore or less power but I did feel like boost came on sooner and top end improved.

Hope this helps I know it’s not what you asked but just a different approach to the same goal.

Becker is OBX. OBX has been a long time "ebay/china" brand but from what I know they have rarely had any major issues with product fitment or quality. Probably one of the ebay brands that has been around the longest. Nothing majorly bad, but obviously don't expect the same quality as some of the more prominent brands.

As far as know yes. I think it's safe to say anyone who has gone through the "JDM phase" aka japanese imports aka early-late 90's 4 cyl either turbo or na light japanese chassis cars, would be well aware of who they are

YUP! I remember during my Import Days back in San Diego early 2000 and I would see OBX on ebay and that was always known as the cheap ebay parts

I'm not familiar with OBX at all. I'm hoping i dont have any issues with this exhaust system. My downpipe and exhaust is getting installed right now as im typing this. Part of me is kicking myself in the rear cause i should of just spent the extra money for Remus exhaust... Ill have pics and vids up today.
