2012 M Sport Package Question

I looked around but didn't see anything with specifics so I'm hoping you guys know the answer. Just bought a new 2012 535i w/ the M Sport package on it. I haven't taken delivery of the car yet as they're installing a ClearBra on it but had a question about the lip spoiler I see in many pictures.

Is this included in the M Sport package? My car doesn't have this lip spoiler on the car and was wondering if it is dealer installed and it wasn't installed?

My first BMW so I'm excited to pick her up. Car is Carbon Black w/ black Dakota leather inside w/ the Aluminum hexagon trim.

Thanks everyone.

Cool, thanks. I didn't want to have the "where the heck is my spoiler" conversation with the dealer.

yes its and option, at least in te UK it is as well.
My E39 msport had a spolirer by default (you could delete at no cost) I think BMW are a bit mean to charge for this as it should really be standard.
Its small and subtle and justs finishes off the boot nicely.
