Front bumper removal is pretty straight forward. There a a couple hex nut trim screws in the wheel well. And then some torx screws right underneath the hood underneath the weatherstrip. Take them all out and the bumper will pull off relatively easily. The hardest part is a screw deep inside the wheel well that is pretty tight if you have the wheel on.

Oh and some of those same hex nut trim screws underneath the front end. That about it.

And thanks for the update however what about the air ducts that are behind the bumper...do they get removed or will they stay in place?

I think the airducts are attached to the fender lining not the bumper so it will line up with the openings near the fogs.

correct. only thing attached to bumper fascia is parking sensors, parking camera, and fog lights if you have them.
