fixed....
I've got the ACS springs on, but now the support bearing doesn't line up to the holes in the engine bay. What am I doing wrong? How do I align the support bearing and the strut?
edit.... I found that the bottom boot rotates the easiest. A trick I learned was to mark a line through the bottom perch and the bottom boot before dissasembly. For reassembly, I can just line up the bottom perch and boot. Last edited by louieeg; 02-17-2018 at 02:45 PM.. |

You need to turn the top hat.... when you take the struts out on the hat it has an arrow on it. If I remember correctly the arrow needs to be lined up with the back side of the knuckle flange...easiest thing to do is have someone look from the top and you turning the hat until it lines up....
