calling BMW NA

Has anyone called BMW NA and complained about the pulling the right issue? I called and they just brushed it off and said there is nothing wrong with your car blah blah. They said they checked my production of my car and nothing went wrong. Stupid lady on the phone! I drive it all day i know what the issue is. When you guys called what did they say?

He successfully got BMWNA involved and solved his problem with drift. He may have some useful learnings to share since you have the same problem.

Call again, ask her (or whomever you'll talk with) her name, confirm that whatever she's saying should be treated as an "official response" from BMWNA, then tell that person that you believe that this issue is a potential "safety issue" (make up something to make it sound more "severe") and if accident will happen, you will treat BMWNA responsible (since according to them "everything is fine") and also tell that after this call you will file the report with NHTSA (which you can actually do here: https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/ivoq/index.cfm). I believe you will be treated more seriously after all this
