Build Your Own Site Problem

Anyone else have difficulty with the Build Your Own site since before New Year’s?

I haven’t been able to use it since, where the layout of the site is there, but there’s no content, and at the top it states: “Build Your Own null null” and to the right it states “Estimated lease rates are not available at this time.”

Is this a problem with the site or my computer? Originally thought they were performing an update, but it’s gone on for so long. Doesn't matter which vehicle I select.

Any advice on tweaking my settings would be great. I’m running Internet Explorer 11. Have already reset my browser, etc.

I just tried and had no issues -- using IE 9.

Try clearing your cache in your browser - all content, cookies, etc. Also, make sure the browser is up to date. I like using Chrome... I've found it to be quick, safe, and robust.

Yes, unfortunately I don't like change, but I may have to consider same!
