OBD2 Apple OIS app…

OBD2 Apple OIS app…
Just wondering if anyone has a suggestion for Android equivalent app called “Torque” but for Apple OIS? I purchased OBD2 WiFi based adapter and can’t seem to find a good OIS app that people would recommend on the forums. I am mainly interesting in logging certain car parameters like turbo boost pressure and etc, without having to spend hundreds of $. Convenience of getting this info on the iPhone is what I am looking for. If there is such app, would the boost pressure displayed is actual or requested?

When I initially installed BMS stage1 on my n63tu, I felt the difference right away, now, not so much. I even removed the BMS tune and then put it back a few days later and I barely feel anything. So now I want to look at the boost with and without tune.
Thanks

One thing to keep in mind is that the BMS is a piggyback that tricks the DME into seeing lower boost than is actually there. So even with the piggyback installed and working the DME should still read the same stock boost levels.

That being said, I've used OBD fusion on my phone before.

I use OBDLINK LX (Bluetooth) which hooks up to my spare Android phone, OBDLINk themselves sells a Android and iPhone Dongle. And Even with piggyback or flash tune I read the exact boost its giving me "although the piggy tricks the car"

With a flash tune you should be able to, and I'm guessing if the piggyback connects to the CAN bus you can still get the actual boost values. But on the N63/N63TU you will not be able to.

Thank you MattPro and RobNYC. I completely forgot about how piggyback actually works by fooling DME that the car is undeboosting. There has to be a way to measure increased Air flow without actually tapping in with a boost gauge and measuring the actual boost. Hopefully there is one for the iphone app with OBD2 dongle.

I used piggyback for almost 2yrs and my obdlink lx was able to log the actual boost even if the piggyback tricks, the boost is still visible.

As I mentioned before this is probably due to the fact that your piggyback can connect to the CAN bus. The N63/tu piggybacks cannot.

Nope piggyback (RaceChip) did not connect to canbus

When I removed Racechip i was running 16.9-17 and when I connected it back default setting was 19, then i kept changing settings and i saw increments
