Back to the shop another accident

So last night some stupid fat bitch decided that she owns both of the lanes on an off ramp, purposelessly rammed my car two times while my girl was the driver.
Whole driver side from back fender to front fender has paint scraped off. She also left the scene and looked drunk or high as a kite. I can't catch a break! pics will be up later today.

oh yeah i got her plate, police even pulled up the face but the driver was not same person. Probably driving mothers car, i hired a private investigator she will learn not to fuck around with people for no reason.

Interested in results. Had this happen to me 10 years ago in heavy rain and driver of other car took off. Never got a plate though. Get the cars insurance info and let your insurance go after the owner of the car.. did they find the car and take pics of the damage?

Damn dude sorry to hear that. Are you ok? I'm surprised you didn't chase her. You got the plates so the owner is liable, you'll get justice. If the owner wants to go to jail instead of her fat friend for a hit and run felony then that a pretty nice buddy that fat bitch has. Most likely she'll give up the perpetrator to avoid felony charges. The fact she hit you twice trying to ram you is assault with a deadly weapon. Patience at this point.

Is there damage to the sub frame?

Damn BadBlack! Sorry to hear! My wife would have freaked out big time. Good thing she got the plate #. I know in Cali the owner of the car is responsible for the car even if someone borrows it. The owner can deny she doesn't know who borrowed the car but the Judge will still hold the owner liable. CHP told me that during those driver's training courses I had to take from getting a point on my record

Update to the story, i went to court and the person that hit us was present. she is facing suspension for 6 months and over 1k in tickets.
SHe asked to get a lawyer and most likely she will press same charges against us.... and now 3 days after court i get a notice in mail for the same crimes shes being accused off now i am......... WTF she drove off while i called the police and made a report.

notice in the mail? I don't know the laws in NY, but in most places you have to have personal service of the summons - unless you're dodging service. with the very short time frame given (3 days) I'm fairly confident that you were not dodging service. something doesn't add up, but it sure as hell sounds like a crazy criminal law exam question from law school

I received 2 tickets dated same day i was inside court and time frame when i was home after court not even 1 hour has passed. My home is in the oposite direction of the court with a different route also.

Ticket states that the officer saw me at that time and date, at the location committing an offence (stopping traffic and careless driving).
That is a complete lie.
