482BAC Regulated diff lock ----- HELP

Hi Guys,

I'm inspecting an M5 2013 to purchase it, and this code was showing

- 482BAC Regulated diff lock, DSC Function, Not available, Frequency 6

The Car has a DP and the ECU is tunned.

Anyone familiar with this please can help me out. I couldn't find any post about this code and it's scaring me.
