Cinnamon brown leather
Hello,
Are there any good pictures of this leather color? I am considering the brown leather with either space gray, Sophisto og Uni black so pictures with this exterior color would be perfect! Thanks. Ulrik |

Consider COHIBA BROWN extended leather on the Individual package. Cinnamon Brown is very red-brown and looks a bit out of character with the subdued F10 imho

BMW Individual Cohiba Brown
Cohiba Brown is a BMW Individual Color available on the 3 and 7 series currently and likely to be available on the 5 series when ordered later this year. It needs to be specified from the Individual spec.
I was blown away by the color when I first saw it on a 7-series and it goes very well with Red Eucalyptus wood trim (interior) and the Sophisto Grey or Sapphire Black (exterior) colors. Some pictures appended here (all images copyright BMW) It is a £4200 option in extended Merino trim which covers the dashboard with saddle stitching, footwell (knee area) and the entire doors and front-seat backs; aside form the obvious seat and arm-rests. Would not recommend it if you live in a hot area OR you have very young kids in push-chairs as it is a delicate finish. |

I just asked my local dealer on whether or not Cohiba Brown is available for the F10 (at least in the US). He told me that the answer provided by the Western Region Distribution (?) is no. I'm really disappointed, as Cohba Brown appears to be an attractive color and would look great in this car.

I also wanted the cohiba interior color badly. But had to go with black.
They don't even offer piano black wood. BMW has elevated the 5 series class much closer to the 7. why not offer more of the same options that are available on the 7? I hope it will happen in the future as some members have suggested. Last edited by BMW9; 02-12-2011 at 11:26 PM.. Reason: spelling |

Im also looking to get cinnamon leather but i really would like to see it first before i go for it. The individual options are nice but its just to expensive for me.

Cinnamon Photo
Here's Cinnamon in an X5. (My wife was looking at one yesterday.) This is fairly close to how the color looks in person. There are a lot of people who like it but I think it looks too red and plasticky. Search some other threads on the forum for more photos and ensure you see it in person before ordering.

I wanted cinnamon on mine.. but seeing it in the flesh - it was far too red.
That Cohiba on the other hand is stunning.

Got few pics of my cinnamon interior on this link http://f10.5post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=408264
I'm happy with the color choice. You have to see it in the flesh to appreciate it. It comes off as muddy when a pic is taken in direct sunlight. |

Trouble with Cinnamon color is that it looks bad when you make pictures of it.
I have an F10 with this interior and am so happy with it. Exterior color is Imperial Blue. Together with tinted glass in the back it looks super luxerous. Have a look yourself and do not rely on the pictures on the internet. I had to wait for 5 months to get my car delivered and while waiting I also browsed the internet for pictures. These all looked terrible. But, believe me, in real life it looks super.... |

It looks much better in person. Obviously it is individual preference. But IMHO, it brightens up the interior, and yet, it is practical and easy to maintain. Quote:
