Anyone still having battery drain issues with JB4 Stage 2?

I installed a JB4 about 10 days ago, and was issue free until a couple of days ago. Starting a few days ago I began getting a battery discharge warning after the car sat overnight, and then last night on the way home the car threw a CEL. I installed my JB4 without connecting the flex fuel or OBDII connector, as I intend on keeping the car on map 1.

I'm planning on pulling the JB this evening to see if it fixes my issue, but if it does I'm not sure where to go from there. It sounds like JB is unwilling to acknowledge the battery drain issues that people have.

Is anyone having these issues on the most recent firmwares?

Do you have the stage 2 beta? I've had it for about 6 months and haven't had any issues.

I'm thinking my battery drainage is another issue. My CEL also went away, could have just been the tune adapting.

Wanted to provide an update on this - I uninstalled my JB4 last night and this morning had no discharge error. It seems like Burger Tuning has been pretty reluctant to acknowledge this issue, what's my best course of action? The only possible remedy I can think of is that it's on some older firmware.
