Just sold my 550

So, I had a '11 550 and a '12 S4 (the S4 was used in a different city), but moved the car to Seattle a couple months ago - so, without any dis to the 550, I found myself using the S4 more - probably related to Quattro in the crappy Seattle weather (the 550 was RWD) - anyway, I decided to sell the 550 and consigned it with a dealer buddy of mine - it sold relatively quick and I got $45K out of the deal. I purchased the car used in 2011 for $64K with 6K miles - used it for exactly 3 years - currently has 29K miles. So, without considering gas; tires etc., the monthly cost to me was $520. I remember pricing out leasing a new 550 in 2011 and it priced out between $800-$900, with $$ down.
So, overall, I'm pleased with the overall service of the vehicle and obviously very pleased with the resale value.
Just thought I'll share with you guys...
Although the S4 is heavily tuned, I so miss the torque of the 550 - I also have the 550 BMS tune for sale - I'll post up in the classifieds...

Sounds like you had a decent ownership experience. Dealers in my neck of the woods don't seem to hold on to them for long, so it's probably all about location when it comes time to sell.
