Hi, Guys.
I have problems when I connect my iPhone (7 Plus model) via USB and listening music from Play Music/Youtube and etc. Problem is that I didn't see any song name and artist ( Unknown Artist ) When I try to change song using buttons from Steering Wheel I get a message that library is loading and nothing happens. Also every 10 minutes I need relaunch iPhone connection in iDrive.

I update iDrive to latest version and problems no result.

When I listen music via BlueTooth all works fine.

Yes, I'm listening to the same files via BT and USB.
When I use BT to listening music I have no issues.
When I try using USB, music is play, but I didn't see track name on iDrive, (in I drive I have Unknown Artist, Unknown Song all unknown )
I can't change song using steering wheel, I can't switch song using iDrive controllers only I can switch using my phone

I never use my phone for BT streaming or for usb music. But, use USB for external drives all the time and tracks are labeled with CD images. You could try checking with program like MP3Tag to verify metadata.

I use google play music or Spotify on my phone I think in this apps all good with metadata
