F10 interior led problem

This afternoon I decided it would be a good idea to install led interior light in my 550i. Everything seemed to be working fine until tonight I get in the car and the map lights are constantly on. When I get out lock the car they turn off. My question is are the map lights Sapose to be on as accent lighting ? I never noticed this before and this isn't my first led install? Please help

If you're talking about the overhead reading lights, no they are not supposed to be always on. The reading lights are controlled by an overhead switch.
