With just a few more weeks to go until the November 23 unveil of the new F10 5-series, BMW has released this teaser.

PRESS RELEASE

Munich, 09.11.2009 – The World Premiere of the new BMW 5 Series Sedan, the synonym for aesthetics and Driving Pleasure in the premium middlerange segment, is about to take place. From today, we are releasing a short trailer teasing at the sporting and elegant design of the new BMW 5 Series Sedan, using the kinetic sculpture from the BMW Museum to create the silhouette.

On November 23rd, 8p.m. CET, the kinetic sculpture trailer will be replaced by a Live-Stream of the unveiling ceremony of the new BMW 5 Series Sedan. At the same time all relevant media information will be available for downloading at the BMW Group PressClub.

ummm 5 series GT is already out

btw i think the normal 4 door version will have the same features as the GT, minus all the "wagon" lines. i just hope it will look better in the sedan form.

This is a bunch of crap that they wont "unveil" the new 5 series..... I subscribe to Car and Driver and they already show a couple of pictures of it! You would think a BMW site would have first dibs!

FYI, the pictures in C/D are renderings and not real pictures.. This november date refers to the reveal of the real car.

They are not real. Photoshoped 7-series with some 5 GT details thrown in. Quite inaccurate.

Those are F10 5er chop based on F01 7er also, not the real deal. You may refer to this thread which shows the closest rendering based on latest spyshots. The last piece of puzzle is the rear light and hopefully BMW won't disappoint us.
