The lounge at the top of that Hyatt rotates slowly. It's a cool place to go have a drink. Way back when they used to have great freebie appetizers, too.

Thanks, Mark. It was called Spinnaker but has been closed for a while. The only restaurant with a view like that is Top of the Hub (Prudential Tower)

^ I like the shot. The smoothened cloudiness almost makes it look abstract. I think straightening it a little and removing/cropping the left guard-rail would help. Also, it appears you have a dust speck on the right side, above the tree-line.

Its funny actually I have a better shot where the guard rail is not in it, however, it started raining heavily (Seattle :/) so the shot got ruined by a rain drop in the upper right quadrant

Same dust spec also, but huge raindrop caught the lens when it started pouring. I didnt realize until later, I should have taken multiples.
Also horizon line could use a couple degrees of correction I believe.

The shot isn't ruined. All those things can easily be fixed in post-processing.
