ive been reading your posts..and man it sounds like there are some serious things going on with your car...or something..there is NO way a car that has been released to a carrier is still not at your dealer 2 weeks later...

If the system is not working , the dealer needs to enter the order number into the quoting program called Focus , tick OTP signed and link the client's OTP (Offer to Purchase ) with the order number under Oasis order management (in the Focus program )

I am a little confused. I ordered vehicle for ED pickup end of January and was told my production week was 2nd week of January. BMW Owners circle status says on order, but the BMWNA phone number says "Scheduled for Production, with no production date set". Does that mean that I can still make changes to the order or not? I thought it would not enter the scheduled for production status until a week or 2 before actual production date - so I figured I would probably have a few more weeks if I wanted to make a change. Am I wrong?

If you know that your car has arrived at the port, how long does it typically take for the My BMW website to update itself?

My new F10 550xi was on the Don Juan that docked, and since left, the Port of NY and the site has not yet updated.
