To HK drivers, how many V8 5ers do you see on the road?

So, just wondering...how many V8 5ers do you guys see on the road? Not just V8 5ers, also other V8 BMWs. I'm asking this because I mostly see MB S350s or BMW 730s. It's like more HK people prefer to RIDE in entry level limos rather than drive V8 mid size saloons. Just curious...

One more thing...is there space for a spare wheel in the F10 because I'm planning to switch to regular tires when they wear out...

Most of the people are not drivers so S350 and BMW730/740 suits them just fine. For BMW 5-series, however, most owners intend to drive the car themselves so slightly different category there.

And you can put a spare in the trunk scraficing trunk space but there is no separate space for a spare.

Is that what you did or are you using RFTs for your 20" wheels? I'm just gonna stick with 19" style 331 though.

I am on 20" regular tyres and no spare. In HK, not worth it getting the RFTs or a spare..... Maybe a mobility kit is better.

And since this pertains specifically to Hong Kong, may I suggest you post in the Hong Kong section?

i see quite a lot of S500 and 745/750 out there. but i think the main reason for buyers to choose the smaller engines is price. the price difference between models are pretty big.

I think another reason is that historically the resale value of non m BMW v8 was not good.

more fuel economical may be for not going to V8? and save a bit on the annual registration fee.
