The first non-black FEP (final evaluation phase) F10 M5 prototype was spotted in September and we now bring more photos of an FEP stage M5. Its camouflage remains similar to recent F10 M5 test mules and the front and rear bumpers remain covered, but we have posted some recent revealing photos for reference. The mirrors and wheels are production intent.

The F10 M5 concept will bow at the 2011 Geneva show in March 2011 and the production M5 is expected to premier at the 2011 Frankfurt IAA autoshow in September 2011. Euro deliveries will begin in November 2011 and US deliveries begin in Spring 2012.

Be sure to follow our complete F10 M5 coverage here: http://www.bimmerpost.com/m5/

do you know why M models dont have fog lights compared to the ordinary series???
I think that M models dont imprese people like they did a few years ago because many choose M pack more often....but in my opinion its works for me...

disappointed in the stance, maybe is the fenders are too conservative and too much fender gap.

I was hoping for a muscular stance, and I am just not seeing it in these pics, cant put my finger on it though. reminds me of when audi made that boring S6 with a v10.

People really need to reserve judgment until the M5 is fully revealed. All the cool parts on this car is still covered up. Just look at the M5 track pics and you know the M5 has some great potential!

And for the guys complaining about the fenders, M5's don't traditionally have wider fenders or a hood bulge.
