Trussardi is better known as a fashion house than custom car builder, but that hasn't stopped them from constructing a unique 5-series GT edition.

The limited edition Trussardi 5-series GT has been announced in celebration of the designer company's 100th anniversary. Based on the 530d xDrive GT, this special GT draws on inspiration from the concepts of leather and gloves, Trussardi's first core business.

This limited edition GT has been repainted in Heraldic Brown, a color which invokes the look of fine leather. The Trussardi logo adorns the front fenders. The interior features special fine beige leather with contrast stitches and multiple Trussardi logos.

The Trussardi edition GT will also be available in 535d, 535i
and 550i models. Pricing for the Trussardi GT has not yet been announced.

this is by far the best colour i have evaer seen on a car!!!

Only a fashion house can make an ugly car look irresistible. Now I want one, even tho I said this was a "soccer mom only" before.

this is by far the funniest thing ever! "WHY?" is the question. A lot of folks don't like that car.

correction: alot of americans dont like it. I believe it is selling ok in Europe

the 5 GT in person is so good looking. ive never seen it from an awful angle. front, side, 3/4 back/front...it always looks so in-your-face and elegant

This is a special edition for real, not like some of the stuff I see where optional equipment is added as standard and they change the thread for the stiching. I was against it, but after I sat in it I wanted one, because of its driver seating position and dashboard/windscreen outlay. The only issue with this car for me was small trunk space, I guess if you make it bigger then you get into 7 series territory.

the GT is not really a beautiful car, so i cannot see why you would want ot paint it brown to attempt to make it look better. not my cup of tea.

I like the slightly higher suspension of the xDrive too! It suits this car well, much better than the original height.

5GT is one ugly car. I've seen it for plenty of times and I simply don't like. One thing I must admit here is that looks awesome!!!
