Play DVD's, YouTube, stored videos on iPhone, TV apps and photo slide shows while driving. I also read that you can use the user manual and Internet while driving.
Note: after installing I came close to crashing twice in less than a week. My last accident was almost 10 years ago!

To answer my own question, I made an enquiry re the internet access.

Below is the reply.

"Only some of the internet functions are unlocked at this moment by the software. Reading messages and POI searching using Google Search is working. However the full Internet browser unlock function was temporarily excluded from the software because of some reported issues. It will be available to all of our customers as free update when it will be fully tested."

Hope this helps some others

I still have not figured out how to play video from my iPhone. I only tried video I took with the phone and all I get is audio. Any tips? Bad format?

Has anyone experienced problems with their nav system since installing DVDinmotion? For the past three days my nav has shown an incorrect location, and direction of travel ( shows me going east when I'm going south, and actually shows me a mile or two out in the ocean ). I doubt if this is related to DVDinmotion, but I was just curious. I've un-installed both pieces of software, and the problem still persists.

Installed it about a week ago and no problems so far. Rey to uninstall and see if the problem remains.
